Taoist Tai Chi across BC
Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that is both a health-promoting exercise and an incredible stress reliever. Tai Chi is learned by doing. People of all ages and conditions can learn.
- What are the health benefits?
Regular practice of Tai Chi can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems. The flowing movements serve as a moving meditation that reduces stress and provides a way to cultivate body and mind.
- What does it cost?
On joining, you pay an initial registration fee of $20. In addition, members pay monthly sliding-scale dues that entitle them to attend classes at any branch of the Society around the world, as many times a month as they wish.
- How do I find a class near me?
There are beginner classes starting in January across the province—find one near you by checking the website.
