Carl Bailey

President of the Heart of Richmond AIDS Society since 1999 and current chair of the Gilwest Clinic Advisory Board, Carl is a visionary community leader and champion for those with HIV/AIDS.

Despite a busy personal schedule, Carl works tirelessly and positively to ensure the continuation of services and programs of the Heart of Richmond such as HIV 101, an educational program which reaches over 1500 high school students each year and breaks down long established barriers student by student.
