Peer Navigators

A Peer Navigator is HIV+ and will assist other HIV+ people how are newly diagnosed, or re-engaging with community services, in learning new skills such as:

• improving emotional health
• preventing disease progression and transmission
• deciding when to start treatment
• developing disclosure strategies for meeting legal and personal challenges
• navigating your "well-being"

Peer Navigitors are based on 5th Floor of St Pauls Hospital at the IDC. No appointment necessary.
